Recognition for Innovation and Leadership at Women in Power 2026 Gala

Hannelore Valkanov, representative of Syswin Solutions, was honored at the Women in Power 2026 Gala, organized by Business Magazin on March 23.

We see this distinction as a strong confirmation of the direction we continue to build every day: applied technological solutions, integrated into real operational processes and measured through concrete results. For us, performance means not only innovation, but also the ability to transform technology into useful, efficient, and sustainable tools for the industries we serve.

Syswin Solutions is a Romanian applied research and development (R&D) company, active since 2013. We develop both hardware components and scalable software platforms entirely in-house, supported by a team of approximately 30 engineers and specialists. To date, we have invested more than 7 million euros in innovation, transforming ideas into real, functional, and relevant implementations across multiple industries.

This year’s theme, “Under Pressure, but in Control,” reflects very well the reality of today’s business environment: complex contexts where decisions must be made quickly, responsibly, and with a clear focus on measurable results.

This recognition motivates us to continue in the same direction — developing solutions that create real impact, support better decisions, and generate long-term value.

We thank Business Magazin for this appreciation and all our partners, colleagues, and collaborators who contribute every day to this journey.
